My Two Oldest Brothers Who I Miss

My two oldest brothers were very special they both loved to dress and made sure I had the latest in styles
Cecil loved to cook he work ed for Long Island Rail Road  for about 30 tears before retiring he had kidney frailer and a heart condition …things had seem to be getting more intense with his health but I did think he would die ..
I woke up that morning and he was on the couch by the fire place with a blanket over him he was very cold...he said I got to go to dialysis and I can’t make it on my own... I immediately explained
I would take off from work and take him   …..

After calling in I cane back to help him get dress
But when I touched his legs he was in so much pain
I could see my mother peeking down the stairs
That was a red flag for me right... had to call an ambulance I call the rest of my family Kent Cherie and Blaine …Kent arrived shortly before the ambulance I also had to get my mother ready
We followed the ambulance to the hospital to South Nassau
The other siblings started  to arrive …45 minutes had went by and nobody came to say anything …I became alerted and nervous and marched over to the window and said I want to see my brother right now to my surprise  they said ok
He was sweating breathing so hard I changed his gown and sheets he ask me for some vanilla cookies I said lets get you situated then ill get them
He went into cardiac arrest I screamed out for help they tried to resisertate him but he didn’t make as I stood against the wall watching my brother slip away.
My brother Terry died similar quickly from liver failure mother and I spent the last month with him in cinatti people there said it was the happiness time
They had not seen such joy in him even through he came home to NY every other month or so for he revived when we arrived for thirty more days
I tell you it some thing about the love of family that can make you live
We had lost contact with his family who moved to Florida and I promised him I would find them and tell them of his great love for them
Sometime after my brother death I found them and I flew there and told
Them his message I did think I would be able to have found them but GOD
Made away and I know my brother is now and forever at peace
